As a cherished Belmont House tenant, your voice is important and you deserve to be heard. The Belmont House Tenant Council exists to do just that. Tenant Council provides a vital forum for tenants to recommend changes regarding the operation of their home and environment.
The mandate of the nine-member elected Council is to sustain and promote the well-being of each and every Belmont tenant, and to act in a consultative manner as a liaison between tenants, management and the Board of Directors.
Through monthly, recorded meetings, Tenant Council addresses issues and concerns important to tenants, and provides a forum of frank discussion of timely topics. Tenant Council prides itself on being pro-active and effective in advancing the interests and well-being of all Belmont House tenants, seeking counsel and offering constructive suggestions, as needed.
